How do I use essential oils?
Although there is a variety of different ways to use essential oils, we recommend one of the following ways:
1. Essential Oil Diffuser (Aromatic)
An essential oil diffuser may be the best option for you if are looking to elevate the aroma of any space in your home.
Choose a diffuser that fits your needs and fits the environment of your kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, or any other space.
To find the right diffuser for you, read, "The Best Essential Oil Diffusers".
Once you select a diffuser that is right for you, read the instructions that come with the diffuser for the best results.
It is best to fill most diffusers with distilled or bottled water for the best experience and quality.
Add a few drops of your favorite essential oils to the diffuser and enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy!

2. Carrier Oil (Topical)
If you are looking to enjoy the benefits of essential oils throughout the day, try adding a few drops to a carrier oil. This method will be best for you if you are looking for immediate and quick use.
Some of the most common carrier oils are Fractionated Coconut oil, Jojoba oil, and olive oil.
Fractionated Coconut oil is the best choice for a carrier if using in massage blends. It never goes rancid, washes easily out of sheets and clothing, and it's the lightest of all the carrier oils so it can easily be used in any pump spray bottle.
Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to a carrier oil.
For adults, it is recommended to keep in mind a 2.5-10 percent dilution (15 - 60 drops of essential oil per 6 teaspoons of carrier oil)
For children, 0.5- 1 percent dilution (3 to 6 drops essential oil per 6 teaspoons carrier oil)
To learn more read and follow this dilution guideline.
Apply and massage the mixture to your pulse points or to the affected area.
